WIN-NEPAL offers unparalleled overseas back-up for our volunteers worldwide. We employ more than 100 staffs who are there to help you settle in and support you throughout your stay.

In every destination we have a Regional Director and a staffed office. The staffs in our destination have a wealth of local knowledge and all our Regional Directors have received training in Nepal from Tourism Board and understand the needs of our volunteers. They are available by day at the local office, or 24 hours a day by phone.

Robeen founded WIN-Nepal in 2010 and currently serves as Director of the organization.  He currently lives in Kathmandu, where he has over 10 years of experience managing volunteers from NGOs such as Real Gap, Original Volunteer UK, Travel to Teach Thailand, and GoEco Israel.  Robben’s interests include: working, traveling and social work especially with orphanage projects.  He has also volunteered and established programs in local communities served by WIN-Nepal.  You can contact Robben at any time.

Amrit Kharel is the Program Director and Co-coordinator. He has been working with WIN-Nepal for 5 Years and has lots of experience in teaching Nepali language and local cultural lessons. He co-ordinates various other projects. Kharel has a very responsible position co-coordinating all of our volunteers and scheduling their training programs as well as matching each volunteers to a suitable project that will enhance their cultural education and fulfill their ambitions.
Amrit meets all volunteers at the airport, before taking them to a guest house for rest. He then meets with them to discuss which program would best fit their needs, previous experiences and personality.

Sandip is a volunteer co-coordinator and takes volunteers sightseeing and placement in Chitwan. Poudel arranges you a car or bus to go to your placement. Sandip arranges paragliding, boating and other adventure activities in Pokhara. Sandip also visit you in your placement and if you need any supply for your classes, Sandip will supply for you.

Radesh Subedi is WIN’s Senior Program coordinator and has been working with volunteer organizations for over two years.  Radesh is a very friendly and outgoing person.He has much experience teaching the Nepali language and local cultural traditions. Radesh manages volunteer placements and relationships, and is responsible for coordinating our volunteers with placements due to current community needs and schedules their training programs. Radesh runs a guest house in Chitwan, Sauraha as well and organizes all the programs in the National Park for our volunteer’s extracurricular activities in Chitwan. He matches each volunteer to a suitable project that will enhance their cultural education and provides accommodations for volunteers at their placement.  Subedi meets with volunteers and discusses with them which program would be the best fit for their given needs, previous experiences, and personality.  Radesh has a motor bike and a jeep so that any time volunteers have any problems he can be available in an instant! Mr. Kapil Adhikari

Kapil Adhikari is WIN’s program advisor and has been working with volunteer organizations for over three years.  Kapil is a very friendly and outgoing person. He has much experience about cultures, customs and local cultural traditions. Kapil manages volunteer placements and relationships, and is responsible for coordinating our volunteers with placements due to current community needs and schedules their training programs. Kapil runs a Farm House in Chitwan, Madi as well and organizes all the programs in the National Park for our volunteer’s extracurricular activities in Madi; Chitwan. He matches each volunteer to a suitable project that will enhance their cultural education and provides accommodations for volunteers at their placement.  Adhikari meets with volunteers and discusses with them which program would be the best fit for their given needs, previous experiences, and personality.  Kapil has a jeep so that any time volunteers have any problems he can be available in an instant! Devi is our coordinator for Dibyanagar and Meghauli. He is a very friendly and honest personality. He is an original member of Dibyanagar village, (he grew up there). Devid teaches in a school in where our volunteers observe the classes and gain experience and practice in teaching English in a foreign country. Devid is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge regarding village life and being a teacher in a Government school.

Amikshya is a Happy-Home Co coordinator. She has been working with us since 3 years. She is a Married girl. However she is a mother of all the children at Happy Home. She has six years experience working with INFO Nepal and the volunteers. She is very generous with her time, along with being a busy, she tutors the volunteers in Nepali Customs and helps the volunteers shop in Chitwan to make sure they get the right prices, especially for female volunteers getting Kurta Shalwars and Saris. Anu is a Happy-Home Co coordinator in Kathmandu. She has been working with us since 1 years. She is a Married girl. However she is a mother of all the children at Happy Home. She has 2years years experience working with hospital and the volunteers. She is very generous with her time, along with being a busy; she tutors the volunteers in Nepali Customs and helps the volunteers shop in Kathmandu to make sure they get the right prices, especially for female volunteers getting Kurta Shalwars and Saris. Anu is a warm and friendly person and provides a family feel for the volunteers when they stay at the Happy Home. She is quite known with the health issues as well. So no one volunteers need to be worried about to care their health if there are any circumstances come in their health.

 Raj Bashyal  is WIN’s Lumbini Coordinator and has been working with volunteer organizations for over five years. Raj is a very friendly and outgoing person. He has much experience about Geography. Raj manages volunteer placements and relationships, and is responsible for coordinating our volunteers with placements due to current community needs and schedules their training programs. He matches each volunteer to a suitable project that will enhance their cultural education and provides accommodations for volunteers at their placement. Raj meets with volunteers and discusses with them which program would be the best fit for their given needs, previous experiences, and personality.
